X-Plane 10 is truly amazing when you crank up the graphics. It really is worth buying for the night lighting alone. If you're a flight sim fan then download the demo and give it a go. It is getting better and better with each update and as add-on scenery such as this becomes available.

The lighting and such really is beautiful, but the scenery just sucks. I live in Seattle and can tell you that it looks nothing like that. In this video there are giant blocks of grass or little houses where skyscrapers should be.
